Following a process that took more than two years, Nearing Visabeira was born.
A project that began with a challenge of scale: to align 43 companies, 35 brands and operations across 11 countries behind a common vision — not just to organise the present, but to prepare the group for the coming decades.
Creating convergence towards an even greater future, in a context where digitalisation and the energy transition are redefining the role of infrastructure.
In the midst of expansion, the group felt the need to establish itself as a multi-engineering powerhouse.
That was the task: to rebuild the narrative, align culture and ambition, and create a brand capable of sustaining this transformation. A new identity that preserves the heritage, DNA and proudly family-oriented character of the founding group, whilst propelling the organisation into a new decade of global ambition.
And so Nearing was born — from ‘engi-nearing’: an engineering concept that brings territories closer together, connects systems and opens up new possibilities.
