Preparing the regulator and Angola for the future of energy.

A project that strengthens Angola’s position in the international energy sector.

Strategy.

The brand was built on the following principles:
1. Energy-agnostic
A brand that does not represent a single energy source. It encompasses oil, gas and biofuels.

2. More accessible and universal
An identity that goes beyond purely technical and sector-specific communication. It enables the ANPG to engage with multiple audiences — industry, new energy sectors, society and talent — with clarity, rigour and consistency.

3. Designed for the future
A brand aligned with the transformations in the global energy sector and with Angola’s ambition to compete on an international scale. Designed to sustain the ANPG’s positioning in the long term.

Narrative.

To reinforce the ANPG’s commitment to greater openness within the sector and society, a new brand slogan, “Energy for more”, has been created – an energetic and inspiring slogan capable of uniting all stakeholders behind a common purpose.

Design.

The visual identity is based on a more abstract and fundamental representation of the concept of energy. The original brand symbol has evolved into an ‘energy flow’ system, which conveys integration, dynamism and continuity. The typography, which is organic and contemporary, balances institutional solidity with fluidity and aligns the brand with the global standards of the energy sector.

A brand ready to lead the way in addressing future challenges in Angola’s energy sector.

Impact.

More than just a visual transformation, the project reinforces the organisation’s institutional positioning and prepares it to lead the way in addressing the future challenges facing Angola’s energy sector. The launch was designed to be a high-impact occasion, featuring a large-scale event involving staff, a press conference, and strategic partners and stakeholders.

The new brand identity "reflects the evolution of the National Concessionaire" and demonstrates that "Angola has the energy to go further".
